Enrollment now open for Summer Session 2025

Summer Session enrollment for 2025 is now open. Students can choose from hundreds of courses in three-, six- and eight-week periods between June 2 and August 5.
Part of Cornell’s School of Continuing Education, Summer Session is open to Cornell students, students from other universities and adult learners who wish to earn up to 15 credits through courses taught by university faculty either on campus, online or off campus.
This year’s subjects include Africana studies, art, animal science, anthropology, astronomy, biology, business, chemistry, communication, computer science, design, economics, engineering, English, government, history, hotel administration, languages, law, life science, mathematics, music, nutritional science, physical education, physics, psychology, statistics, technology, veterinary medicine and more.
Check the Summer Session course roster for a list of all courses. Deadlines vary, with the first being May 19 for visiting students.
